Our logo is the triskelion, an ancient Celtic symbol with many meanings and interpretations. For us it represents the wholeness and connection of Body, Mind, and Spirit.
Body includes all of the physical domain and our relationship with it, all of our senses, our connection to all of the living world. Mind includes our ability to be aware, to notice what is present and happening in the moment. Spirit includes the heart of the matter, the things that are most important to us, what we love, what fills us with awe, and what we find beautiful and inspiring. Spirit is what makes life worth living.
-
At Integrity we support and value a team approach to care. We welcome connection and communication with anyone else who is supporting your growth and healing.
-
Medication can assist in reducing symptoms, serving to provide scaffolding underneath you while you sort through issues that might otherwise be too overwhelming. Medication alone is not going to solve a problem but it is a tool that can be helpful, and in some cases necessary.
-
We incorporate in our work the healing power of Nature. We know that our wellbeing is innately connected with the natural world. The blue of the sky, the sound of birdsong or running water, the feel of the breeze, all produce a biological effect that is essential for thriving mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Meet Our Providers
Lois Schwarze, PMHNP-BC
Hi, I’m Lois. As a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, my focus is on holistic care that honors the dignity and uniqueness of each person.
I am passionate about mental health and believe that every one of us, with enough willingness and support, can overcome and heal from past trauma, generational trauma, and the stresses of the times we are living in.
I work with adults, adolescents and children. The areas I specialize in are
medication management,
depression,
anxiety disorders,
eating disorders,
trauma, stress disorders
I have practiced as a therapist and psych nurse practitioner since 2014. I am also a full-time professor at Georgia State School of Nursing.
Ella Laura Johannaber, MA
Hi! I’m Ella, educator, dancer, group facilitator, mother, grandmother, and interfaith minister with a masters degree in Humanistic and Transpersonal psychology. I’m also a retired birth doula and childbirth educator as well as hospice worker.
I’m passionate about being a companion and guide for adults and elders, adolescents, and children dealing with grief, trauma reactions, chronic illness, dissociation/disconnection from body awareness, and loss of joy in life.
I collaborate with my clients to create a customized healing and learning course that may include
therapeutic play,
poetic imagination and creative visualization,
body movement and awareness,
dream work,
nature connection,
self-care practice,
breath work and meditation.
All so you can take that tired old story of who you are, shake it out from the bottom up, and breathe life into what wants to become.
